Vilnius County Adomas Mickevičius Public Library was established in September 1950 and was known as Vilnius Regional Library. The main U-shaped building has 3 floors with underground basements and attic. Entrance to the Library courtyard is from Trakų Street. The enclosed courtyard is surrounded by street and courtyard buildings adjacent to it. The surface area of the building is nearly 6000 square meters.
