The library has a great deal of experience, cooperating with partners in Lithuania and abroad. We maintain friendly relationships with organisations and libraries in Austria, Shanghai, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Sweden and Finland. We are open to various forms of cooperation when submitting project proposals to Lithuanian and EU support funds and when organising events and exhibitions. We warmly support cultural and professional exchanges, and we search for partners for programmes to encourage reading, increase the effectiveness of library activity, and to develop the professional competence of librarians.
